PURPOSE OF THIS JOB: The Mobile Roller Rink Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service with a “can do” attitude. This position must interact with and respond to Spintacular Entertainment employees and customers in a professional and helpful manner. The individual filling this position should be creative and innovative, with excellent organizational, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills. The goal of the Mobile Roller Rink Manager is to drive the business forward by managing all aspects and needs of the mobile roller rink program by providing a consistent fun and premium client experience at each event. This person remains available for extensive year round traveling, program management, & event support.

MAJOR ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE ACHIEVEMENT OF KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES
I. Road

• Maintains personal availability to cover and schedule any and all MRR program staffing needs that may arise.
• Deliver / return and perform programming with a positive attitude and excellent customer service.
• Serves as liaison between the customer and Spintacular Entertainment.
• Accurately completes driver trip sheet for each job with appropriate information.
• Inspects & monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage.
• Adequately train part time contracted labor as needed.
• Safely and efficiently operate a Spintacular vehicle.
• Responsible for cleaning duties.
• May be required to perform other related duties as requested.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Experience of 1 to 2 years managing 2+ employees preferred.
2. Exceptional communication skills, including training abilities.
3. Strong relationship building skills.
4. Creative mind - track record of innovation and initiative in past work experience / extra-curricular activities.
5. Travels 100% based on company needs.
6. University – Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
7. The appropriate drivers' license and the ability to operate Spintacular Entertainment Vehicles is required.
